Get e-commerce tracking settings
If you want to check whether orders are attributed to your campaigns and automations, send this GET request

| ecommerce_tracking_in_campaigns | boolean | Whether new campaigns track e-commerce. Defaults to false. |
| ecommerce_tracking_in_automations | boolean | Whether new automations track e-commerce. Always false while you have no enabled shop. |
| ecommerce_attribution_window | integer | Days after a click during which a purchase is attributed to the email. Defaults to 30. |
These are account defaults, copied to each campaign or automation when it is created. To check or change tracking on one item, use settings.ecommerce_tracking on the campaign or trigger_data.track_ecommerce on the automation.
